Try altering these values and note the effect it has on the model. (the black dots show you where new features will be created)
We can now also add a second direction.

8) Select the empty box headed direction 2 and then select the 6mm dimension from the model.

9) Type the value 8 into the increment dialogue box under direction two.

10) Again alter the number of instances below in the bottom dash bar

Our original feature is now being patterned in two directions.
When you are happy with the orientation of the new features select the tick icon to complete the feature.
