Radial pattern4) Select the dimension drop down dialogue box and select the option axis. 
5) Select the axis a2 as the reference around which the pattern will be created. 6) Alter the number of instances and the angle in the bottom dash bar until the preview looks something like this. 
When you are happy with the orientation of the new features select the tick icon to complete the feature.
